MORE OF "THIS"

Have you ever tried "frying or baking cheese"?

On medium low heat, let your pan heat up first--then drop 1 rounded Tablespoon shredded

cheese, [ any kind, I use Mexican or Taco seasoned]

This works best on nonstick pans, but I used a stainless steel, no oil or spray.

Cheese gets bubbly and melts in a circle. Slides out of you pan, or comes out easily

          with a spatula. Yummy!

To bake--drop same amount on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Every oven heats differently, bake at 250* til melted. Watch carefully. It will turn

           crispy in 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!

                                         Making Cookies ??

Buy a package of mix----such as Betty Crocker, if peanut butter, add choc chips

to batter or make :peanut butter blossoms. Much faster then from scratch. And as good.

If oatmeal is your choice add choc bits, nuts raisins, coconut, nuts.

If sugar--divide mixed cookie dough and color with food coloring.

           Possibilities are endless, very easy

Saves time and avoids heating up your kitchen. This will not work with refrigerated pie crust, such as PPillsbury], the crust just gets out of shape.

Warm pancake syrup....For 1 cup of syrup  1/12 to 2 minutes on reheat button

Soften frozen ice cream....on Warm for 1 1/2 Min
